Your right to cancel (residential customers): If you're a consumer entering into a contract at a distance (for example, by phone, email or online), you normally have a 14-day statutory cancellation period. If you expressly ask us to start work during that period, you may owe a proportionate amount for any service already supplied before you cancel. Your right to cancel can end once a service has been fully performed, but only where you expressly requested this and acknowledged you would lose the right to cancel once it was complete. Plan notice periods described on this page are separate from, and do not reduce, your statutory cancellation rights.

One-off cleaning and maintenance
One-off work is quoted separately and is not included within a monthly plan unless specifically stated in the signed service specification.
Final pricing depends on property size, condition, access, parking, required equipment, labour hours and service location.
Optional add-ons
Optional services that customers may add after assessment. Extras are never added automatically — you actively select and approve any extra before it is included.
Clear payments for completed and scheduled services
Regular cleaning and planned-maintenance services are invoiced monthly. Payment method, amount, billing date and agreed scope are confirmed with you in writing before any regular payment arrangement is set up.
One-off cleaning and maintenance work is invoiced individually. Payment arrangements, including any deposit for materials or reserved labour, are agreed with you directly.
Any work outside the agreed monthly service specification will be quoted separately. We will not invoice for additional work unless the customer has approved the quotation.
Customers receive a clear invoice and access to the relevant service documents for their records.
