A short walk-round or a couple of photos and measurements — whichever suits you better.

4. Sign-off & photos
We finish with a sign-off, and add photos to the account record where useful.

- Can you work outside business hours?
- Yes — most contracts run early morning, evening or overnight so cleaning doesn't disrupt trading.
- Do you supply cleaning products?
- Yes. Products, consumables and washroom supplies can be included or itemised separately.
- What's the minimum contract length?
- There's no fixed minimum. Rolling monthly contracts are common; we don't tie you into long terms.
