About

A local team built around personal service.

Verdenza Cleaning & Property Services Ltd was set up to give local businesses, landlords and managing agents one dependable contractor for cleaning and everyday property care.

We started Verdenza because too many property owners were juggling multiple contractors for jobs that naturally sit together — cleaning, small repairs, grounds care, the occasional refresh. Coordinating them all wastes time and creates gaps in standards.

Our answer is simple: one local team, one point of contact, and a small, defined set of services we deliver well. We're not trying to be a national facilities-management group. We're trying to be the company you actually want to call when something needs doing.

Every account has a named contact. Every quote is itemised. Every visit is carried out by people who know the property — and every job is closed off with a photo-verified sign-off.

Local

Focused on a defined service area, not spread thin across the country.

Personal

The people who quote your work are the people who manage it.

Transparent

Clear scope, clear pricing. Painting and extras are always quoted separately.

Flexible

Regular contracts and one-off jobs, arranged to suit your hours and access.

Our story

Built slowly, on referrals, by people who care about property.

  1. Chapter 1
    The idea
One team, one point of contact

Verdenza was founded to fix a common problem: property owners juggling separate cleaners, handymen and grounds contractors — with gaps in standards between them.

  2. Chapter 2
    First contracts
    Local businesses and residential blocks

We started with a handful of offices and a small residential block. The playbook was simple — the same people every visit, an itemised quote, and photos on every job.

  3. Chapter 3
    Building the service
    Nine core services, deliberately

Rather than chase every job going, we focused on the nine services that naturally overlap: cleaning, communal, deep, EOT, floors, exterior, handyman, painting, grounds and inspections.

  4. Chapter 4
    Today
    A small, focused UK operation

We stay deliberately local for regular contracts and take on project work UK-wide. Growth is by referral and by client fit — never by dropping standards.

Our approach

A small set of services, delivered well.

We deliberately don't chase every job going. We focus on the combination of cleaning and everyday property care that lets us be genuinely reliable for the clients we take on — which usually means saying no to jobs that fall outside our scope.

  • One named account manager per client
  • Written quotes, photo-verified sign-offs
  • Consistent uniformed teams — never sub-let without notice
  • Insurance, RAMS and SDS on file, sent on request
