How quickly will you reply?+
Enquiries received on weekdays before 4pm typically get a reply the same working day. Anything later is answered by the next morning.
Do I need a site survey to get a quote?+
For one-off cleans a few photos and dimensions are usually enough. For regular contracts we prefer a 20-minute site walk so the quote is genuinely accurate.
Can I set everything up online?+
Yes — our /plans journey takes you through enquiry, quotation, agreement and Direct Debit mandate in five steps, all signed electronically.
What about after-hours emergencies?+
Existing clients have an out-of-hours number for genuine urgencies (leaks noticed on inspection, access issues). Non-urgent requests go through your account manager.
